Hollyhock Wellness Group, LLC trades as LipoBliss and operates this store from 212 North Central Avenue, Suite 4, Staunton, VA 24401. Placing an order on lipoblissz.com means you accept the terms on this page.

Prices and packages

Prices are in US dollars and are shown next to each package before you order. The list price of $179 a bottle is the reference price the packages are discounted from. Shipping is free on the six bottle package inside the United States; on other packages the carrier rate appears at checkout before you confirm. Sales tax is added where your state requires it.

When an order becomes an order

Your confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order. The contract forms when we dispatch the parcel. We may decline an order, refund it in full and tell you why, in the rare cases of a pricing error, a stock problem or an address we cannot ship to.

Delivery and risk

We hand parcels to the carrier within one business day. Delivery inside the United States usually takes three to seven business days. Risk passes to you on delivery, which is why a damaged parcel is replaced by us rather than argued about.

Refunds

Every order carries the 60 day promise set out on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.

Using the product

LipoBliss is a dietary supplement for adults. Take one serving a day as printed on the label. It is not a medicine, it is not a substitute for one, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or taking prescription medication.

The text, photographs, layout and the LipoBliss name belong to Hollyhock Wellness Group. Quote a paragraph with a link back if it is useful to you. Copying the store wholesale is not on.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute we cannot settle by email first.
