LipoBliss Dosage Guide: How and When to Take It

One serving of LipoBliss is 1 mL (about two full droppers), once a day. This page covers the timing that works best, what to do when you forget, how to store the bottle and what the first eight weeks realistically look like.

The serving, in detail

Shake the bottle gently first. LipoBliss is a botanical extract in a water and glycerin base, and the heavier fractions settle between uses, so a few seconds of shaking is the difference between a full serving and a partial one.

Squeeze the bulb and fill the dropper to the 1 mL mark. On this dropper that is roughly two full squeezes, which is why the label says about two droppers. Hold the liquid under your tongue for around 30 seconds, then swallow. The taste is herbal for about three seconds and then it is gone.

The best time of day

Morning, before your first meal, is the slot we suggest for two reasons. The appetite side of the blend is most useful ahead of the day's decisions rather than after them, and the green tea leaf in the formula carries a little natural caffeine, which nobody needs at 9pm.

If mornings are chaotic, pick any fixed point that you will actually keep: with your first coffee, when you feed the dog, before your shower. Consistency beats optimisation here by a wide margin.

Missed a day?

Storage

Keep the bottle upright, capped, out of direct sun.
Room temperature is right. The bathroom windowsill is not.
Do not refrigerate. Cold thickens the glycerin base and makes the dropper hard to read.
