Hollyhock Wellness Group, LLC runs this store. This notice explains what we hold about you, why we hold it, and how to make us delete it.
1. What reaches us
Your name, shipping address, email address and phone number when you place an order. Anything you write to us in an email. Basic technical data your browser sends to our server, such as an IP address and a page request, which is how any website works.
2. What never reaches us
Your full card number, expiry date and security code. Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own systems. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits, nothing else.
3. Why we hold it
To pack and ship your order, to answer your emails, to process a refund, and to keep the sales records that Virginia and federal tax rules require us to keep. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not enrich your record with data bought from anyone.
4. Email
Order and shipping emails are transactional and go to every customer. If you also opted into product news, every message carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click. We do not sell, rent or swap our email list.
5. Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party analytics scripts. Your browser stores one small session flag if you dismiss the order bar at the bottom of the screen, and that flag disappears when you close the tab.
6. Who else sees your details
The carrier that delivers your parcel, the payment provider that takes your money, and the fulfilment team that packs the box. Each receives the minimum needed to do that job. We disclose records to a public authority only where the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because that is what the tax rules demand. Support emails for two years. Anything else goes when you ask.
8. Your choices
Write to [email protected] and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of everything we are not legally required to keep. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it. California residents may exercise the same rights under state law.
9. Children
This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18 and we delete it if we find it.
10. Changes
If this notice changes materially we update the date at the top of the page and, where the change affects existing customers, we say so by email.
